End of life for Windows software

Monday, September 19th, 2011

We are sadly announcing that we are discontinuing all of our widnows-based software titles – Square-Off, Karteset and AdSenseLog, and they are no longer available to download or buy. Registered users may contact us if they want to download their software or need support – which we’ll do our best to provide. Existing software toolbars (the AdSense toolbar and Gadgoolbar) will also be discontinued soon.

We have started offering Windows software back in 2000. The first title was Square-Off (which was available as AdWare back then, and it was converted to shareware after a couple of years). It was not easy to make this decision to stop offering our software titles. But times are changing, and we are currently focused on Tech blogging, web software and development and Kindle software.

Kindle Nonograms, our first Kindle game

Friday, July 22nd, 2011

Today we released our first Kindle game, Kindle Nonograms. This is basically a port of our Square-Off game to the Kindle – offering billions of puzzles in 3 different game levels. It costs $2.99 and can be bought from Amazon.com – directly from your Kindle or from your PC.

To those interested, Kindle development is done in Java and it’s rather challenging as the Kindle E Ink display poses some serious restrictions.
